Before your appointment: evaluations are held by video with an Ohio-licensed MD or DO who holds an active Certificate to Recommend. If you're recommended, you'll finish registration yourself in the Ohio Patient & Caregiver Registry and pay the state's $0.01 fee. Ohio residency and an Ohio ID are required; patients under 18 need a parent or guardian registered as caregiver.
